How to Delete Your Account

We value your privacy and provide a simple way to remove your data from our systems. If you wish to delete your OpenPharma account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Support

Send an email to our support team at ritomghosh856@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.

2. Email Subject

Please use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - [Your Username/Email]".

3. Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 3-5 business days. This action is permanent and will remove all your saved health profiles, subscription metadata, and scan history from our active databases.
